Cancellation Policy

Your wedding date is sacred, and I’m honored to be considered for such an important moment in your love story. To reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer secures your chosen date on my calendar and is applied toward your total package balance. Your date is not fully confirmed until the retainer is received and you receive a personal confirmation email. The remaining balance is due in full no later than 10 minutes before your ceremony, unless we’ve arranged something different together in writing. Because each ceremony is thoughtfully designed and limited in availability, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. ✨ Changes, Cancellations & Flexibility I understand that life and love can sometimes shift unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule, I offer one courtesy date change as long as it is requested at least 14 days in advance and your new date is available. Additional changes or last-minute adjustments may require a small rescheduling fee. Retainers are non-refundable, as they hold space and preparation time specifically for your ceremony. 🌿 Your Experience Matters Every ceremony is created with intention, care, and presence. Because of this, I reserve the right to decline or pause services if circumstances arise that prevent me from delivering the experience you deserve.
